The core of the rebranding strategy was to craft a narrative that resonated deeply with the Centre’s ethos – the transformative power of sound and the importance of personalised care. This narrative was aimed at retaining the Centre’s loyal client base and appealing to a broader spectrum of potential clients, who value a more individualised approach to hearing care.
A crucial aspect of this rebrand was the overhaul of both the visual and verbal identity. The new logo epitomised this balance. By creatively amalgamating the initials ‘H’ and ‘C’ with a ‘+’ sign, the design simultaneously communicated health care, added value, and formed a subtle representation of a hearing aid – a clever nod to the Centre’s specialisation.
The ‘Turn Life Up’ campaign was another pivotal component. It was designed to connect emotionally with clients, conveying a message of empowerment and renewed engagement with life’s auditory experiences. This campaign, coupled with a redesigned, user-friendly website, significantly enhanced the Centre’s digital presence, making it more accessible and appealing to its audience.
